COVID-19 Delivery Update - March 2021
Delivery during the current Mauritius lockdown (as of March 11th, 2021, lockdown 2.0)
During this extraordinary time, our customers, our staff, and our community are the most important thing and as always, shipping your orders carefully and in a timely manner is our highest priority.
We are still dispatching as per usual, and DHL will deliver your orders straight to your door; however, they are not currently delivering within the red zones.
Your orders will be dispatched via DHL who will deliver straight to your door.
Delivery is free over US$49/Rs 1950.
We expect your deliveries to reach you within 3-4 business days (once your order and payment has been received). Please note that deliveries are not an exact science and there can be some slight variation to that.
The current areas are in the red zones and as such are not covered by deliveries currently:
If you are in the red zone, you can still order on the website. We will however dispatch your order once the restrictions have been lifted.
As the situation evolves, there may be unexpected impacts on some orders. We will continue to monitor the situation however, if your order experiences a delay we will reach out to you as soon as possible. If you have a delivery question, please contact our customer service team via email only (firstname.lastname@example.org). We currently have a response time of 48-72 hrs (business days) due to the high influx of emails.
