    Our warehouse is based in Mauritius, Africa. This allows us to provide quick processing and delivery of your order.  

    Shipping cost and times

    Local Shipping (Mauritius)

    We offer free courier delivery across Mauritius for orders over US$50.00 (Rs1950). For orders under US$50.00, shipping costs US$4 (Rs 160). We use DHL Express who will deliver your parcel directly to your work or home address.

    You should receive your order within 4-6 business days.

    Please make sure that all details, including shipping addresses are correct before confirming your order.

    We strongly advise you to use an address where someone is available to collect the parcel during business hours (9-5) Monday to Friday. If no one is available to collect the parcel, you are responsible for picking up the parcel at a location given to you by DHL.

    If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed or had the incorrect address submitted with the order, the customer is responsible for an additional handling & postage fee of Rs 160 to have it re-delivered. We are not responsible for unclaimed or incorrectly addressed parcels and do not offer replacement packages.

    If you have not received your parcel after 7 business days, please contact our customer service team. We can only track your delivery after the requested 7 business days, so please wait for the latter prior to contacting us about your parcel delivery.

    International Shipping and Customs (THIS IS CURRENTLY ON PAUSE DUE TO COVID-19)

    We ship via DHL Express to selected countries in Africa including Reunion, Kenya, South Africa and Madagascar.  The international shipping cost is US$15.00 and the delivery time is 3-5 days.

    Please note that you are responsible for any customs import duties (if applicable) levied by customs in your country.

    Order process

    Upon checkout, you will need to provide an email address and a phone number so we can send you an order confirmation email and keep you up to date on your order.  We will also send you a notification when your goods are dispatched from our warehouse. 

    Returns / Refunds

    Please contact us if you have any issues with your order. Our helpful team will be able to help you with a return or refund if eligible. Due to the nature of the products, we only offer refunds for damaged/faulty products. We do not offer exchange or refunds for change of mind.
