    Shipping and delivery

     We are based in Mauritius which means that you will receive your order within 3-5 business days (Africa) and 2-3 business days (Mauritius).

    We have partnered with DHL to provide you the best shipping service in the region. We ship your order exclusively with DHL as that ensures that you get your parcel quickly and reliably.

    Shipping cost and times

    Local Shipping (Mauritius)

    We offer free courier delivery across Mauritius for orders over Rs 2000. For orders under Rs 2000, shipping costs Rs 160. We use DHL Express who will deliver your parcel directly to your work or home address.

    You should receive your order within 2-3 business days.

    International Shipping 

    We ship via DHL Express to selected countries in Africa including:

    • Kenya
    • Madagascar
    • Malawi
    • Mozambique
    • Namibia
    • Nigeria
    • Reunion Island
    • South Africa
    • Tanzania
    • Zambia  

    The international shipping cost is as below and is automatically calculated at checkout, and the delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days. Please note that the shipping time may be impacted due to COVID-19.

    Please note that you are responsible for any customs import duties (if applicable) levied by customs in your country.

    Order process

    1. Upon checkout, you will need to provide an email address and a phone number so we can send you an order confirmation email and keep you up to date on your order.  We will also send you a notification with a tracking link when your goods are dispatched from our warehouse. 
    2. Please make sure that all details, including shipping addresses are correct before confirming your order.
    3. We strongly advise you to use an address where someone is available to collect the parcel. DHL can deliver to any address including your work address.

    If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed or had the incorrect address submitted with the order, the customer is responsible for an additional handling & postage fee to have it re-delivered. We are not responsible for unclaimed or incorrectly addressed parcels and do not offer replacement packages.

    Returns / Refunds

    Please contact us if you have any issues with your order. Our helpful team will be able to help you with a return or refund if eligible. Due to the nature of the products, we only offer refunds for damaged/faulty products. We do not offer exchange or refunds for change of mind.
