Shipping and delivery

We have two delivery methods available, courier delivery straight to you door OR pick up from our shop at Grand Baie, La Croisette. Please choose your preferred delivery method upon checkout.

Shipping cost and times

Pick up (Click and Collect)

Pick up is free and available from our shop at Grand Baie, La Croisette during operational hours. If you choose this option, please note:

  • Your order is only confirmed once payment is received and your order is marked as paid on our system. Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer or Juice.
  • You will receive an email which will let you know that your order is ready to be picked up.
  • Upon collection, please show your order confirmation email and ID card to our shop team.

Local Shipping (Mauritius)

We offer free courier delivery across Mauritius for orders over Rs 4000. For orders under Rs 4000, there are two delivery options:

1. Courier Delivery - No tracking , which costs Rs175, and

2. DHL Delivery - Tracking, which costs Rs270.

Both of these options is delivery to your door. The DHL delivery option allows you to track your parcel. You should receive your order within 2-3 business days with either option..

Order process

  1. Upon checkout, you will need to provide an email address and a phone number so we can send you an order confirmation email and keep you up to date on your order.  We will also send you a notification when your goods are dispatched. 
  2. Please make sure that all details, including shipping addresses are correct before confirming your order.
  3. We strongly advise you to use an address where someone is available to collect the parcel. We can deliver to any address including your work address.

If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed or had the incorrect address submitted with the order, the customer is responsible for an additional handling & postage fee to have it re-delivered. We are not responsible for unclaimed or incorrectly addressed parcels and do not offer replacement packages.

Returns / Refunds

Please contact us if you have any issues with your order. Our helpful team will be able to help you with a return or refund if eligible. Due to the nature of the products, we only offer refunds for damaged/faulty products. We do not offer exchange or refunds for change of mind.
